Rope music

Its lovely to see art appearing in new spaces, so go and have a look at SAS Daniels Solicitors hosting an exhibition 'Something for Nothing' by Maria Maw, eco artist, until the end of the month.

Glen Tilbrook, lead singer from Squeeze and writer (with Chris Difford) of a string of classic hits comes to Biddulph this week. A great voice, a truly wonderful performer and another major coup for the area. Support from country influenced chanteuse Angie Palmer.

This Thursday there is a special performance at Fallibroome High School.' I write the songs' is an evening dedicated to the Art of the singer-songwriter: from Dylan to Elton John, Thom York to Amy Winehouse and more. A relaxed evening, nightclub style. Why not have a go on the open mic?
